In 2022, Ali and Gillian started The Danish Girls Real Estate Team. The Danish Girls is an expert real estate team, specializing in Calgary and Airdrie real estate.
In 2023 The Danish Girls happily added Leanne Larsen. As a full-service team, The Danish Girls take care of all aspects of buying and selling homes, including marketing and staging, and put their love into every interaction with their clients.

Leanne Larsen

Gillian Bell
Raised in Airdrie, Gillian watched what was once a small town, grow into the fantastic city it is today. Having a young family herself, Gillian is aware of the various amenities this city has to offer and the major differences within each and every community. She has a true passion for yoga, homes and interior design.
In 2010 Gillian graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce. With a major in Finance, she truly understands that buying a home is one of the most important investments you can make. Honesty, trust, vulnerability and reliability are paramount attributes in how Gillian conducts her life and business. Using extensive knowledge of Airdrie, paired with the relationships she has developed, Gillian looks forward to helping you buy or sell your next home.
Ali Larsen
Real estate is in Ali's blood, as it runs through her family's veins. Ali's grandmother, mother, and father have all been Realtors. Having worked in the Home Building and Selling industry since 2007, Ali has gained a unique advantage and deep understanding of how homes are built. Starting with drafting homes and landscapes, she then specialized in cabinet drafting and sales before making the leap to new home sales in 2014. Following in her mother's footsteps, Ali became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and was fortunate enough to work for Airdrie's Best Builder, becoming their Salesperson of the Year for 6 consecutive years. While working as a licensed Realtor at McKee, Ali's focus was on selling clients' current homes to help them move into their new builds.

Community is very important to The Danish Girls. NOT a sound byte - we actually love where we live!! Here are a few ways we like to stay involved.

A Review on Leanne Larsen
Leanne is a great person and a terrific realtor. First, as a person – I’ve known her to volunteer many hours of her time in the service of others. When I decided to buy a property, she had effective strategies to assess what kind of home I was looking for, and then used online resources to provide lots of alternatives. She showed me properties in several areas of the city, pointing out differences in construction, design, finishes, neighborhoods, amenities, ages, parking, population density, etc. Being a very sociable person, she struck up conversations with people everywhere, asking questions and gathering information from them. As I got closer to making an offer, she had contacts with professionals to complete the task (e.g. condominium document specialists, lawyers and contractors to make modifications), and shepherded me through the process of finalizing the purchase. And left me with housewarming gifts!
